Please fill in the front page like in the example below! On the back there’s information regarding the timing of the games.

• All colored fields should be filled in.
• Refrain from using hieroglyphics, we’re not archaeologists.
• During the game you can put stripes for the goals per capnumber.
• After the game you can then fill in the total goals.
• After the game you have the captains sign the sheet.
• Try to keep it dry!
  
• UPDATE: There’s an extra field to fill. It asks for the round
  (can be seen on the screen or in the schedule)
  
• UPDATE: Even tough you can use the scoreboard on the large screen. You still need to fill in the referee form. The scores on the large screen are not linked to anything else (yet).
