MIX – Team list
We mix the players based on 2 variables:
- His/her own ranking (see the form)
- A ranking by the coach of your club!
Based on those figures we will mix the teams. In each team we try to have the maximum of clubs represented and to mix the level as much as we can. The finishing touch is to add a random factor in the mix and voila; perfectly balanced teams, more or less.
Each team will get a captain appointed, she/he gathers the players and make sure they know where to play, what position to play and when to ref.
